This facility allows you to download a sample of the fonts which are used with Jaspell Jaldi multilingual word processing software. They are included in the software that gets downloaded with our full or demo word processing packages. However, they are also provided here for you to do testing or reading ".htm" files.

These fonts provide for word processing in the following languages:-

Chinese Mandarin Pinyin.

The Roman scripts are arranged technically as the internationally recognized font sets Latin-1, Latin-2, Latin-3, Latin-4, and (added by Jaspell) Vietnamese and Chinese Mandarin Pinyin. Jaspell Jaldi provides for easy typing on a standard keyboard of accented characters using these fonts. Another font is provided by Jaspell for West African languages including Yoruba, but Jaspell have not provided a special typing programme for it. Instead, special characters can be inputted by selecting them from a display of the character set on screen.

The full registered software package includes other styles, and other typefaces may be added by Jaspell from time to time.

Jaspell have provided free help, if you have difficulty reading, writing or pronouncing the Chinese Mandarin script.  You need to install Pinyin font jpinnn01.ttf first.
